Refund Policy Specific To Print On Demand

At Rapid 3D, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@rapid3d.com.au to request a return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, and hazardous materials. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
